Class Descriptions
CYCLE HIIT
A fun and challenging 45 minute ride filled with high intensity intervals, climbing and speed work.
CYCLE COMBO
A 60 minute combo class with 40 minutes of Cycling with hill climbs, high intensity intervals, and speed work; followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning work.

Cancellations
The JCC Indoor Cycling program cancellation policy allows you to cancel anytime up until 24 hours prior to your session and receive a credit or refund.

Please note / policies
- Limited spots available; classes must be pre-booked up to 1 week in advance
- Arrive on time for classes – doors close 5 minutes after class start time
- Please wipe down your bike after each class
- If you are experiencing symptoms of illness please do not attend
