Fitness Challenge

February 4 – March 10

Be inspired to try new activities, stick with your fitness goals and win prizes while doing it!

HOW TO PLAY

  • Every Monday starting February 4, pick up a weekly SCORECARD in the Fitness Centre.
  • Use your SCORECARD to track your workouts and earn points. Don’t forget to get them initialed by a Fitness Center Attendant or Group Fitness Instructor.
  • Each SCORECARD will have a: fitness trivia, a super challenge, and chances to earn bonus points!
  • Participants will store their cards in the “Stick With It” index box, located by our workout file box.
  • Cards are collected on Sunday by 12pm. They will be entered into a random draw for wonderful fitness prizes!

CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO

  • Get out of your fitness rut
  • Commit to something
  • Stick with it this time
  • Train hard for 5 weeks
  • Be adventurous
  • Learn something new
