HOW DO I REGISTER?
Pick up a registration form at
a) the Fitness Centre
b) on the announcement board in the Fitness hallway or
c) at the Member & Guest Services desk. Complete the Registration form and submit to a Fitness Centre attendant.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Access to 30 small group-training sessions (4ppl max) per week. Guaranteed 8 sessions total with option of additional sessions.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
There will be 2 morning, 2 daytime, 2 evening and weekend classes. The schedule will be posted the Monday before.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
WHAT IF THE OTHER PEOPLE ARE AT A DIFFERENT SKILL LEVEL THAN ME?
Don’t worry our skilled personal trainers are more than capable of accommodating various skill levels. However, we do assume you are familiar with basic exercises.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT?
At the beginning of each week, check the schedule and reserve up to 2 spots on the registration sheets (these will be up on the board next to the schedule).
CAN I RESERVE IN MORE THAN TWO SESSIONS PER WEEK?
Two sessions is the maximum you can reserve for but if you arrive for a session and there is space available, you can participate in the workout. Attend as many as you like!
