Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations. Please bring towel, water bottle and your own mat.

Registered participants will get their own personalized equipment for usage for the duration of the program.  Limited drop-in spots are available, pre-booking is encouraged.

Aerial Pilates

Exclusively at the J!

Challenge your core, build muscle tone and increase flexibility while practicing pilates using the Silksuspension(TM) method. Stimulate your cardiovascular system through upside down movements, static poses and body control.

Instructor: Camila Santos has been teaching Pilates for over 9 years and obtained her Silksuspension (TM)  certification in 2016 at Pilates on Fifth Studio in New York.
