Camila holds Stott Pilates, CPGA (Brazil) Pilates Apparatus and Silk Suspension™certifications. She has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years.

PILATES MAT – INTRO
This lower intensity class progressively builds on the basic Pilates principles to improve core stability, flexibility, balance, coordination and alignment. No experience required. Please bring a towel and own mat.
