Do you have a lingering pain or weakness from an injury or a car accident? Not sure which exercises are right for you? The JCC Registered Kinesiologist will develop a personalized program which will help you to return to your pre-injury life style.

Nutrition Consultation

Everyone can benefit from working with a nutritionist. The following are just a few of the conditions that can benefit specifically from dietary interventions: Heart disease, High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Allergies, Diabetes and pre-diabetic conditions, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Celiac disease, Obesity or overweight, Pregnancy.

Small Group Personal Training

Train in small groups of 4-6 participants. A social environment with like-minded individuals who encourage you to show up! Have fun, train and save money. Please consult with instructor to assess fitness level before enrolling. Personal Training Client Package must be filled in advance.
