As a young woman I worked as an Aeronautical Engineer and volunteered as a Fitness Instructor for the YWCA.  At 40, I set up an adventure company designed to empower women to live healthy lives and encourage their participation in outdoor recreation. I love working one-on-one with my clients and seeing them grow stronger and more confident each session.  Today I continue to hike, cycle, kayak and love exploring the outdoors.
