ALEXEI OREHKOV

Alexei comes from a background of coaching in competitive sports. Having spent many years coaching taekwondo, athletic gymnastics and being a personal trainer he has seen first hand how the body responds to overtraining and overuse. He took it upon himself to gain the education necessary to help his clients recover more quickly while alleviating pain and discomfort. Alexei holds a diploma in Shiatsu massage and is a Certified Swedeish Massage Practitioner. Whether you are experiencing shoulder discomfort, knee discomfort or are looking for a regular maintenance program, Alexei is able to help.

Assistant Fitness Director has studied general nutrition, sports nutrition and recently completed the Precision Nutrition Coaching certification.

Ashly started coaching clients on their nutrition over 10 years ago when she got into the Personal Training industry. She has studied general nutrition, sports nutrition and most recently completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 course. With the combination of her experience, psychology and most recent education her ability to help clients break through nutrition barriers is immeasurable. Her biopsychosocial approach is to guide you along a journey that is achievable and will result in lifelong nutrition habits.

ELLA BAK, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist works one-on-one with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Ella began working closely with her clients on their weight loss journeys three years ago when she became a personal trainer. Ella has experienced the importance of nutrition first hand in her own life through fitness figure competition, martial arts competitions, training with elite martial arts athletes and working with coaches herself. She has experience with and has studied sports nutrition as part of her personal training certification and has recently become an ACE Certified Nutrition Specialist.

Ella takes a holistic approach in helping you to attain a healthy lifestyle, she is here to support and encourage you to make healthy nutrition choices appropriate for your fitness goals. Ella’s clients describe her as positive, knowledgeable, and professional.
