Learn the basics of movement in a small group setting. This is a progressive class that will start with the fundamentals: push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and gait. Eventually progressing towards utilizing various equipment in the fitness centre.

A specialized 2x per week program designed to strengthen core and postural muscles and improve mobility and balance for fall reduction. Research has shown that practicing these activities improves physical and brain function. Participants without osteoporosis may join for the purpose of fall prevention.
