This program combines all the fun of being a camper with valuable leadership training. Our C.I.T. program is the stepping stone to becoming a Camp Counselor. Through workshops and experiential learning, participants will develop and strengthen their communication, organizational and programming skills. The C.I.T.’s will work side-by-side with Jr. and Senior Staff. Special activities include rope course training, planning a camp wide Mitzvah project, weekly Shabbat, swimming, sports, fieldtrips and more. A camping trip will conclude the program and a certificate of completion will be issued, as well as a reference letter. The C.I.T. program is 4 weeks long during the month of July.
