Class description
Gentle
For those new to Yoga or prefering a slower pace, this Hatha-style class incorporates  greater attention to transitions and reduced complexity of poses.
Moderate/Advanced
A Hatha-style class for those who know the basics and are ready to take their practice to the next level of physical challenge and more complex poses.
Karma - all levels
Donated by newly-certified yoga instructors looking for teaching experience. A great chance to try various styles.
Flow - all levels
The class will take you through a series of postures that emphasize synchronizing movement and breath together in a flowing sequence.

Mats and props are provided but you may choose to bring your own mat.
