Yoga at the JCC is FREE for all members!
All JCC yoga classes are Hatha based, and open to all levels however more challenging options and modifications are shown in the moderate and moderate-advanced class. You can always work at your own level by following the instructors’ cues for variations and modifications. Non-active beginners are encouraged to try the gentle yoga. If you are not sure where to begin please feel free to contact Talitha Johston, JCC Fitness Director
All mats and props are provided but you may choose to bring your own mat.
