Fitness Orientation
New members or those needing a refresher are encouraged to spend an hour with a JCC fitness leader to learn their way around the fitness centre. Please contact the Fitness centre.

Teen Fitness Orientation
Youth 13-15 are welcome to use the weight room unsupervised after attending a mandatory 2-session orientation. Parent must complete a Parent Consent Form. Click to download....

Swedish Massage
The primary goal of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. It is beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a hands-on healing art that helps relieve stress and pain, improve muscle and joint function, strengthen the body, and improve health and well-being.

Sports Massage
The purpose of the sports massage is to prepare the muscles for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.
