Acro 1 Interm. Wed 7928

Cirque du Soleil, here we come! Acro dance is a style that combines classical dance technique with gymnastics and precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character and unique choreography, seamlessly blending dance and acrobatics. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and above all, discipline & concentration. Younger children need several months of training to start getting comfortable with the moves, so taking both sessions is strongly recommended.
