NEW Aquafit Boot Camp
An intermediate to high intensity, strength and conditioning total body workout. Based on circuit style exercises, (non-choreographed) participants will use a variety of pool equipment. This is not your grandma’s fitness class!

Shallow Water Aquafit
A moderate to intermediate low-impact cardiovascular workout challenged by the resistance of the water.
Mo/We/Fr    9:00 – 10:00am

Deep Water Aquafit
Looking for an intermediate to advanced workout that’s easy on your joints? Deep Water Aquafit is the class for you.
Tu/Th      9:00 – 9:45am

Women Only Evening Aquafit  
This challenging workout combines cardio, strength and flexibility training.
Wed    8:00 – 8:45pm

Aquatic Therapy

Water Works   
For people with mild rheumatic disease, minimal joint involvement or those recommended by a physician. Must be able to stand or walk for 15 minutes without excessive pain or shortness of breath.

Mo/Th evenings    7:00pm -7:45pm

Aquatic Rehabilitation
For people who have suffered a stroke, a brain injury, or have been diagnosed with MS or similar disability. Our instructor will lead you through exercises as prescribed by your doctor, physio- or occupational therapist, in our warm water training pool.  Assistants or aides welcome at no charge.
