Aquatic Boot Camp
An intermediate to high intensity total body workout. Based on circuit style exercises, participants use a variety of equipment, with water resistance. Not your grandma’s fitness class!

During the Women’s Only Swim time, Aqua Zumba® blends Zumba® with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! With less impact on your joints you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

A moderate to intermediate low-impact cardiovascular workout challenged by the resistance of the water.
