Waterworks Aquatic Therapy
Held in the warm pool. For people with mild rheumatic disease (arthritis), minimal joint involvement, or those recommended by a physician. Must be able to stand for 15 minutes without excessive pain or shortness of breath.

Deep Water Aquafit
Join us for a full body deep water workout! The class will include a mixture of moderate to high intensity cardio and resistance exercises to enhance endurance & flexibility. Must be comfortable in deep water. A fitness belt is provided for added buoyancy.

Designed for people who have experienced a stroke, a brain injury, or have been diagnosed with a condition impacting mobility, joints and/or nerves. Assistants or aides are welcome at no additional charge.
