Suitable for anyone who has completed Beginners’ Bridge, this is an opportunity to enjoy playing Bridge in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Chain Mail jewellery
Unchain your creativity - design unique rings, earrings, bracelets & necklaces. You will learn the secrets of Chain Mail technique and will explore different metals and make the jewellery pieces that you desire. At the first class your instructor will let you know what tools are needed to purchase.
Instructor: Orly Ashkenazy is a Vancouver artist whose jewellery pieces were exhibited in the Museum of Vancouver, BC Museum of Mining, and in galleries.

CHAIR YOGA & SHABBAT CHAIR YOGA
This gentle form of yoga replaces the yoga mat with a chair. You will be guided to hold stretches in modified versions of traditional Yoga poses. Fridays’ chair yoga class, run by Annette Wertman, is a Shabbat Chair Yoga class, incorporating the spirit of Shabbat.
