BUILDING USAGE FEE
Please be informed that all NON MEMBERS/SUBSCRIBERS registering for JCCGV programs will be charged an
annual fee of $18.00 + HST.  This Building Usage Fee (B.U.F.) will be used to fund the continuing maintenance and renovation of this very well utilized facility.
 
UNATTENDED CHILDREN
Please note new guidelines to help ensure the safety of your child:
Children under 12 should not be left unsupervised before or after programs. The JCCGV is not responsible for children left unattended before programs start or after they have finished. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children..
PRIVACY
The Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver (JCCGV) respects and upholds an individual's right to privacy and to the protection of his/her personal information. JCCGV is committed to ensuring compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

KASHRUT POLICY
Because JCCGV is a meeting place for Jews of all religious affiliations and practices, all food in the building must be kosher. Our cafe Nava Creative Kosher Cuisine is open Sunday - Friday serving a large selection of kosher home-made baked goods, Italian coffees, sandwiches and a variety of great cuisine.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
 
A) Program schedules, prices and content are subject to change without notice. The JCC reserves the right to cancel, adjust or alter programs dependent upon registration, availability of facilities/program locations and weather conditions. Such changes may include cancellation in which case a full or pro-rated refund of the fee will be made.
B) You may withdraw from a course and receive a refund up to two weeks before
starting date. There will be a 10% charge (of the program fee) for this service. (Minimum $10, unless otherwise specified)
C) You may withdraw from a course during the two weeks prior to starting date.
There will be a 20% charge (of the program fee) for this service. (Minimum $20, unless otherwise specified)
D) No refunds are issued after the first class without medical documentation. There is a $12.00 charge for this service.
E) Transfers between programs will be allowed subject to space and coordinator’s approval. $10 service charge.
F) Some programs have non-refundable deposits and fees.
G) For Early Childhood Education Cancellation & Refund Policy, pleae refer to a separate information sheet, upon applying for spaces for your children.

Photographs
Occasionally JCCGV staff / photographer may take photographs of participants to be used for publicity purposes. If you do not wish your photograph to appear in the JCCGV promotional materials, please let our photographer know.
