The Spirituality of Relationships for Young Families

Maintaining a strong and caring relationship is difficult for any couple.  Adding in the stress of children can make the strength of your relationship even harder to manage. On a daily basis families face the stresses of money, school, homework, maintaining a work-family balance and more.  Come and hear ideas and solutions for how to find fulfillment while dealing with the issues intrinsic to young family life.

PJ Library is an innovative program connecting young families with Jewish books and music in over 175 communities across North America. Join over 350 families in the Lower Mainland who receive a new Jewish book or CD every month. The JCC is excited to offer L’Mazeltov Jewish Childbirth Classes. Pam Nadav, author of “L’Mazeltov: Your Personal Guide to Jewish Childbith Education”, is consulting with us, along with other prominent Vancouver health professionals, to make this program specific to our expectant family’s needs.
