When school is out, our licensed out-of-school care department runs programs that your children are sure to enjoy. These programs are led by our creative staff as well as guest instructors and leaders. We design exciting theme days at the JCCGV, field trips to places such as Science World, the B.C. Sports Museum and Van Dusen Gardens.
Deadlines: A minimum of 6 children must be registered to run a program. If the program is on a Monday (for example), registration deadline is the Wed. before. If registration is not sufficient by the end of the day on the Wed., cancellation will be the following day. You will be contacted and given full credit.
If you cancel, your account will be credited with the amount of the registration cost minus 10% administration fee (minimum $10) only if the cancellation is by 6pm the previous night. This credit can be used towards programs at the JCCGV. No same day cancellations accepted.
