Acquire effective learning tools, discover the intricacies of Biblical grammar and get deeper insight into Biblical text in its original Hebrew. Prerequisite: Reading Hebrew well (no knowledge of vocabulary required).

Aleph 1
For beginners and those needing a review of their basics. Learn the Hebrew alphabet, start reading and writing in cursive letters. Begin learning elementary vocabulary and some grammar.

Aleph 2
Prerequisite: Aleph 1 or equivalent. You will start speaking Hebrew and expand your vocabulary. You will encounter sentences without a verb, but at the same time learn about 15 present tense verbs in verbal sentences. Prerequisite: Aleph 6 or equivalent, as well as Aleph Plus Mini Ulpan. In this course you will learn less regular verbs of the Pa’al stem in the past tense, will be able to tell infinitives and learn how to revert Present tense sentences into the Past. You will read and talk about places in Israel, Jewish and Israeli history and everyday subjects.
