Fit 4 Two™ – Mom and Baby Fitness

Mom and Baby Fitness Class
This Baby Friendly class allows mom to get a great workout AND attend to baby's needs at any time. Each class provides a full body workout. Special attention will be given to core strength as well as to postpartum posture. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6+ weeks for caesareans). Note: This class is designed for pre-mobile babies.

Mom & Baby Indoor Bootcamp
If you are looking for a high energy workout - this class is for you. Includes strength, agility, balance, cardio and core drills, designed for women who have been exercising regularly for at least 4-6 weeks. Must be ready to commit to 2 times a week for 4 weeks. This class is designed for pre-mobile babies. Sorry no drop-ins. Late registration with instructor’s approval.

JCCGV Healthy Heart
Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
A monitored exercise program designed for people who suffer from heart disease and are in Phase 4 of rehabilitation. The class consists of adapted cardiovascular exercises and weight training with a qualified Fitness Instructor in consultation with a Registered Nurse. (Max 17 per group. Register at any time).

OsteoFit for Life

Aimed at those recovering from an acute condition - cancer, injury, surgery, etc.. A Clinical Exercise Specialist will put you on a personalized program and guide you in choosing suitable exercise classes.
