Fee per one assessment:
M$49/N$64 +GST; Both: M$85/N$110 +GST.
Fitness Assessment
These comprehensive tests evaluate your fitness level. This is a valuable
tool to track your progress no matter what your starting level. Includes:
lifestyles consultation and goal setting; resting blood pressure and heart
rate; muscular strength and endurance; flexibility; balance and aerobic
fitness.
Body Composition
Assessment
This evaluation process is used to determine your ratio of body fat against
lean body mass. Includes: lifestyles consultation and goal setting; resting
blood pressure and heart rate; body mass index, waist to hip ratio, girth
and skinfold measurements.
Small
Group Personal Training
Get the benefit of personal training
for a shared cost.
Max/Min = 4 participants. Sign-up individually or with a friend.
